With seventy years of experience in producing high quality stainless steel fabrications, we have an in-depth understanding of many industries, but for the food and beverage sector, we really are experts.
When fabricating products and components for the food sector, it’s certainly much more than just cutting shapes from stainless steel sheets and welding them together. When providing products for this sector, we take great care and pay close attention to every part of the fabrication process, from precision machining through to assembly in a clean room environment.
Precision fabrication with strict quality control
When making fabrications for the food industry, we only use food grade stainless steel which enables us to comply with requirements under the European Hygiene and Design Group’s guidelines in relation to materials used for equipment in contact with food.
Suitable for most classes of food products, food grade stainless steel provides a high corrosion resistance and a sanitary and easy to clean surface which is vital for food production and storage processes.
When carrying out the fabrication process, we ensure that everything is undertaken following strict quality control procedures and we ensure that our products will be free from lines, grooves and pits – reducing the risk of contamination. Using CNC machinery for cutting, drilling and bending ensures that all pieces are cut with utmost precision.
Being as we only manufacture using stainless steel and aluminium there is no cross-contamination from other projects, enabling us to deliver a finished product that is hygienic, sanitary and harbours no harmful bacteria which could affect food production.
